Terms
Last updated 8 November 2026
Quaint Cards is run by Quaintscience Technologies LLP ("we"). By starting, signing or opening a card you accept these terms and the privacy page.
As is, as available
Quaint Cards is provided free, "as is", "as available" and on a "where is" basis, with all faults and no warranty of any kind, express or implied. That includes any warranty that it will be available, on time, secure, free of errors, fit for a purpose, or that a card, note, link or email will be delivered, kept or shown correctly.
We can change it or stop it
We may change, limit, suspend or shut down Quaint Cards, or any part of it, at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. That includes when a provider we rely on (such as Cloudflare or Resend) changes its terms, limits us, suspends us, has an outage or stops its service. When Quaint Cards stops, cards and notes may be deleted and can't be recovered. Keep your own copy of anything that matters to you.
No liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from Quaint Cards or from it being unavailable, changed or shut down. That covers direct and indirect loss, lost or deleted content, missed occasions and anything a card's contents cause. Where the law doesn't allow us to exclude liability, our total liability is limited to ₹1,000.
What you write
- You are responsible for what you write and for who you share links with. Anyone with a link can open it.
- No unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexual or threatening content, nothing that infringes someone's rights, and no one else's private details (addresses, phone numbers, ID or bank numbers).
- You let us store, show and send what you write so the card works, and you confirm you have the right to.
- We may remove any card or note, and refuse anyone, at our discretion, with or without notice. Use the Report link to tell us about something.
Fair use
No automated use, scraping, load testing, bypassing limits or checks, or using Quaint Cards to send spam.
Yours to cover
You indemnify us against any claim arising from what you write or from your breach of these terms.
General
We may change these terms at any time by posting a new version here; using Quaint Cards after that means you accept it. Laws of India apply, and courts at Mysuru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction. If a part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still stands. Not enforcing a term is not a waiver.
